Turmeric

Turmeric has been used as an anti-inflammatory agent and remedy for gastrointestinal discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive disorders. Raw turmeric strengthens cartilage and bone structure. It is traditionally taken in warm milk at night before sleep. Some may use turmeric in skin creams as an antiseptic agent for cuts, burns and bruises. It is commonly used as a spice in certain foods as well.

  • For acne, pimple, psoriasis, blackhead: Mix the milk powder and turmeric paste until it is a smooth paste. Spread the paste gently and equally with your fingertips on your clean face, neck, and other infected area.
  • For cough, congestion, colds, flu: Heat the milk with the sugar and add the turmeric powder. Stir it well and pour into glass. Drink two glasses everyday.
  • For dry cough, colds, sinusitis: Combine dried turmeric with ginger root, sugar, milk, and water. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for twenty minutes. Drink a cup of this tea twice a day. One in the morning and one before going to sleep.
  • For flu, cough, colds, respiratory diseases, congestion: Add turmeric, salt & clarified butter to hot milk, and consume early in the morning & it induces good sleep if had at night before bed.
  • For acne, pimples, psoriasis, dermatitis: Combine turmeric powder and honey. Make it into a paste. Apply it to infected area. Leave it until dries. Rinse thoroughly.
  • For chest congestion, cough, colds: Add fresh parsley to all your meals or chew on it.
  • For wounds, boosts immune system, poor eyesight: Boil some fresh parsley in a pot of water. Let it simmer for twenty minutes. Put it in a cup and add some honey and a dash of tea. You can also drink this as a juice. Drink a cup at least once a day.
  • To boost immune system, indigestion, tooth decay, brittle bones: Mix parsley with orange juice. Drink one glass every morning.
  • For rheumatism, arthritis, swollen joints and body parts, muscle aches, cramps: Add a couple of drops of parsley oil in olive oil. Apply it to affected area.
