Asthma is an affliction where spasms and infection in the bronchi restrict the exit of air from the lungs. The number of suffers from asthma and the number of deaths caused by it, are on the rise.

Home remedies for Asthma

• Combine radish, honey, and lemon juice in a blender to make a puree. Put the blended solution in a pan under medium fire. Constantly stir for twenty minutes. Intake a teaspoon of this concoction once a day.
• Eat three to four clean figs that have been soaked in hot water.
• Make sure that the air is clean. Clean all surfaces, such as carpets, furniture, and mattresses, make sure everything is dust-free.
• Be careful on what you eat. Make sure you avoid sea shells and sea foods to avoid asthma and skin allergies.
• Drink a glass of milk with a teaspoon of tumerick powder three times a day on an empty stomach.
• Steam some ginger and minced garlic. Combine both ingredients and eat this once every morning and once before going to sleep.
• Eat garlic gloves that are boiled in milk every day.
• Generously put some camphor or menthol rub on the back and chest for soothing relief.
• Try to relax by deeply breathing every morning and every night. Stress is one of the number causes of asthma so make sure you get rid of it.
• Drink a tablespoon of molasses every night.
