* Put some heated flaxseed on a piece of clean cloth and put it over to the bone spur for a couple of minutes. Make sure the flaxseeds are still hot.
* Treat yourself with a hot and cold bath. Just take a hot shower for five minutes then take a cold shower to five minutes. Repeat this process four times.
* Soak your joints in chamomile tea for twenty minutes every morning and every night.
