Diarrhea

Diarrhea is a medical condition where the body produces excessive amounts of liquids from the anus. The amount of water in the feces when suffering from diarrhea is high which causes the feces to be soft or a liquid. In most cases, the frequency of bowel movements is higher than normal. Diarrhea can be caused by an injury (physical trauma) or emotional stress. However, the main causes of diarrhea are diseases. It is not a disease but rather a symptom of a great many diseases, most of which are caused by contamination from microorganisms.

Home remedies for Diarrhea

* Place drops of lemon juice in a cup of unsweetened coffee and drink three cups a day.
* Boil 50 grams of barley in one liter of water for half an hour. Drink three glasses a day.
* Drink very a glass of cold cola in small sips.
* Eat a lot of banana all throughout the day.
* Mix half teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, half teaspoon of ginger juice, and ¼ teaspoon of white pepper. Eat this mixture every morning and every night.
* Drink ginger tea three times a day, before meals.
* Combine four tablespoons of honey in a glass of water. Drink this solution twice a day.
* Drink a lot of water to make sure your body is hydrated and stay away from oily foods.
* Drink a lot of water and fresh juices.
* Grate raw papaya and soak this in a glass of water for an hour. You then boil it until it is reduced to only a cup of fluid. Drink this twice a day.
* Chew roasted cumin seeds all throughout the day.
* Eat three bananas every day.
* Drink carrot juice in the morning and at night. Do not drink caffeinated drinks and alcohol.
