• It is highly recommended to eat in small amounts of meals, six times per day instead of the regular three.
• Steer away from oily foods.
• Drink a cup of warm milk with wheat germ every hour.
• Load up with vitamin B.
• Make sure you eat a balanced diet that is rich in calcium and protein.
• Drink a glass of fresh lemon juice every morning.
• Drink at least ten glasses a day to decrease the chances of nausea.
