• Place cabbage leaves on the knee (if that is where the pain is), bandage the spot, and leave it overnight.
• Place walnut tree leaves (young, green leaves that have been washed before using them) in the bath and fill with the hottest water possible to extract the full potential from the leaves. Either wait until the water cools down or add some cold water and sit in the bath. Don’t add any soaps or cosmetics – before, during and after. The water gives off a pleasant smell.
• Combine carrot and lemon juice in equal amounts. Drink this concoction three times a day.
• Mix three freshly squeezed lemon juice and three tablespoons of iodized salt in a pint of warm water. Drink a teaspoon of this solution every morning and every night.
• Add two tablespoon of rosemary oil in a bucket of warm water. Soak your joints in this mixture for fifteen minutes.
• Drink a cup of celery juice every before meals.
• Mix four teaspoons of molasses with a cup of cranberry juice. Drink this once a day.
