* Thinly slice a cold cucumber. Close your eyes and put it over on your eyelids until the coolness has left. Repeat this once a day.
* Dip a cotton pad in chamomile or lavender tea and put this over to your eyes for fifteen minutes.
* Wash your eyes with cold water.
* Soak a cotton ball in cold milk and put it over on your eyes for fifteen minutes.
* Sleep properly or take a power nap.
