Body Odor

Body odor occurs when the body perspires and gives off a particularly unpleasant smell. This usually happens when the person has poor personal hygiene, anxious, stress, diet, serious illness on the kidney, fungal problems, liver diseases, and many more.

Home remedies for Body Odor

• Wash your body every day with an anti-bacterial soap.
• Make sure you use an anti-perspirant for the underarm. This is different from deodorant since an anti-perspirant will prevent you from having sweaty underarms that smell. It is advisable that you choose a brand with an anti-perspirant and deodorant on it.
• Drink tomato juice every day for a week.
• Rub lemon juice all over your body after a shower to prevent bad odors.
• Try not to eat foods with a lot of onions and garlic on it since it can induce onion smelling perspiration.
• Rub a lemon under your armpits to disinfect it and at the same time, get rid of all the germs.
• Always wear fresh clean clothes since used clothes can be a breeding ground for bad odor causing germs.
• If you can’t take a shower in the middle of the night, wipe your whole body with alcohol.
• Put a generous amount of baking soda powder on concerned areas such as your underarms and feet.
• Drink a glass of wheat grass juice every morning on an empty stomach.
