Flatulence, also known as gas, is the state of having too much intestinal gas. This can lead to an uncomfortable and rather awkward experience due to the unpleasant odor and sound that is being emitted on your rectum.

Home remedies for Gas

* Chew a celery root. Don’t swallow it, spit it after you have chewed out the juices.
* Boil dill leaves in water. Let it steep for ten minutes and drink this tea while it is still warm.
* Eat slowly and chew carefully. Do not just swallow everything that comes into your mouth.
* Add half teaspoon of ginger powder in warm water. Stir and drink this solution.
* Add two tablespoons of brandy in a cup of warm water. Drink in small sips to relieve you from gas.
* Drink some peppermint tea.
* Soak a couple of ginger slices in a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice for an hour. Chew this before eating.
* Avoid drinking water at least fifteen minutes before eating.
