Bruises

Bruises (or contusion). Did somebody punch you? Did you accidentally bump yourself in the corner of a table? If yes, then chances are, you probably have bruises making your skin tender and purplish. It can also swell and can be very painful. Follow these home remedies to quickly relieve you from pain.

Home remedies for Bruises

* Apply some ice pack on the bruise.
* Put a bit of margarine on the bruise (for kids).
* Wash the bruise with cold water.
* Put some raw onion over the bruise. Leave it on for fifteen minutes. Do this twice a day.
* Soak a cabbage leaf in water and put this over on the bruise for ten minutes. Repeat this procedure twice a day.
